Do I still get the full package?
Yes. The add-on covers the extra protective equipment and sanitizing. Windows, railings, sills, screens, vents and furniture are all still cleaned.
Can you stop the pigeons returning?
Cleaning removes the scent that draws them back. We’ll point you to deterrents that work and that most condo boards allow.
How long does it add?
Typically 30 to 60 minutes on top of a standard visit, depending on how much has built up.
Is it dangerous to clean myself?
Dry droppings can carry histoplasma and other fungi and bacteria; sweeping releases that dust into the air. If you must, wet it first and wear a mask. Or let us do it in the right gear.
What about a nest with eggs?
Pigeons are protected while nesting in some cities. We leave active nests, clean around them, and tell you when it’s safe to book the removal, usually within a few weeks.
Can you install spikes or netting?
