Why Toronto balconies get so dirty
Toronto has more cranes than any city in North America. That dust settles on every balcony downtown.
Downtown towers are pigeon territory. We remove droppings safely and sanitize the balcony.
Road salt and freeze-thaw leave a film on glass and floors every spring.

What every Toronto clean includes
- Windows & glass doors
- Sills, screens & vents
- Railings (outside face where safe)
- Floor deep-scrub, drip-free
- Furniture wipe-down
- Walk-through before you pay
From $165 for balconies up to 60 sq ft. How to measure yours.

Toronto questions
Still curious? Send us a message and we reply within one business day.
Do you follow Toronto condo rules?
Yes. Water over the edge breaks almost every Toronto condo’s by-laws, so we only pressure wash where there’s a drain and use scrubbers and sprayers everywhere else. Nothing reaches the balcony below.
Which parts of Toronto do you cover?
All of the City of Toronto plus Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill. Not sure? Enter your postal code when you book.
Do I need to tell my concierge?
Usually not for a standard clean, but some buildings ask for a note. Our specialists are uniformed and carry ID, and we’re commercially insured if your building asks for a certificate.
When is the best time to book in Toronto?
Spring, after the construction dust and road salt of winter, and early fall before the balcony doors close for the season.
